Assess, develop, deliver, and evaluate training for internal and partner sales audiences. Develop and deliver for training in the classroom, via webcast, or web-based multimedia. Create and deliver course content working cross-functionally with NetApp subject matter experts from Sales, BU’s, and Marketing, as well as with other NetAppU professionals and third-party sales training vendors as needed. Develop appropriate tests and evaluations (pre- and post-training). Manage all phases of projects. Communicate course content and availability to ensure awareness and acceptance.
Assess, develop, deliver, and evaluate training for various sales audiences, in various media and for the classroom. Work cross-functionally with corporate subject matter experts and WW Channel Marketing. Communicate with co-presenters and students about content, dates, locations, and expectations. Communicate with the Field, Channel Partners, sales managers, and VPs about curricula and expectations. Manage changes to schedules and presenter lists. Communicate to management about strengths, weaknesses, and needed updates to programs and classes.
Five years of Sales Direct and Channel Reseller training experience, including: presentations, instructional design, classroom teaching, webcast teaching, and familiarity with at least two sales methodologies. Clear communication skills, spoken and written. Program and project management experience. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business unit groups.
M.A. or B.A. from accredited university.
